The easiest Covey habit for me is "begin with the end in mind". I'm very goal and task oriented and it is how I approach work automatically. It's comfortable for me.

The hardest habit is "create your own learning toolbox". I'm not always sure what I need or might need and I'm so focused on my goal that I sometimes don't stop and think about the small details along the way. I deeply feel that the Web 2.0 work is very important for all library staff. If we don't keep up with our customers and especially our youth we will be unable to provide services that they need and desire in the format that makes sense to them.
